Dr Sam Fitzgibbons — Chiropractor in Moorooka, Brisbane

Dr Sam Fitzgibbons Chiropractor in Moorooka

Dr Sam Fitzgibbons is the principal chiropractor and director of Moorooka Chiropractic Centre, a Brisbane southside clinic with more than 40 years of history caring for the local community. Sam treats neck, shoulder, elbow, lower back, sacroiliac and knee conditions, drawing on a broad technique base that includes Diversified Technique, Advanced Biostructural Correction (ABC), Thompson Technique, Activator Methods and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS).

Sam's path into chiropractic began in acupuncture. Before retraining, he worked as an acupuncturist in Brisbane, and a chance visit to a busy multimodal clinic in Vietnam — where he observed chiropractic, massage and rehab working seamlessly together — inspired him to change careers. He went on to complete a Graduate Diploma in Chiropractic Science and a Master of Chiropractic at Macquarie University in Sydney, before practising in Sydney and later relocating to Brisbane to lead the team at Moorooka Chiropractic Centre.

Sam brings this combined acupuncture and chiropractic background to every consultation, and continues to learn from mentors and fellow practitioners to sharpen his clinical skills. He was featured in the Australian Chiropractors Association's magazine (November 2023) discussing his career journey and vision for the future of the clinic.
