Dr SAm fitzgibbons

Chiropractor & Director

  • Master of Chiropractic, Macquarie University, NSW, Australia
  • Bachelor of Health Science in Acupuncture, Australian College of   Natural Medicine, QLD, Australia.

Dr Sam Fitzgibbons is the Director and Principal Chiropractor at Moorooka Chiropractic Centre. With over 20 years of experience as a health practitioner and more than a decade as a chiropractor, Sam brings a deep and well-rounded understanding of the body to his care.

His journey into chiropractic began unexpectedly during a trip to Vietnam, where a well-established chiropractor recognised Sam’s potential while interviewing him for an acupuncture role. “He saw a ‘chiropractic spark’ in me,” Sam recalls. “That moment changed my path and inspired me to further my knowledge in human health.”

Sam’s treatment style is holistic and personalised. Drawing on his dual background in acupuncture and chiropractic, he integrates spinal adjustments with techniques such as muscle release, exercise rehabilitation, and acupuncture to achieve optimal outcomes for each patient.

He also supports long-term wellness through proactive care plans and practical lifestyle advice—encouraging patients to move well, eat well, manage stress, and stay active.

Sam has completed extensive post-graduate training in a wide variety of chiropractic techniques, allowing him to adapt his care to suit all ages—from newborns to seniors. His patients come from near and far, including Ipswich, Samford, Redcliffe, the Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, and even interstate—many of whom have been with him for years.

Dr Sam is available for appointments Monday to Saturday at Moorooka Chiropractic Centre.
